Hi Doc, My Boyfriend Fell Out Of The Bed Of

Hi doc, my boyfriend fell out of the bed of a pickup truck while it was moving two days ago. He got a cut above his left eyebrow that required stitches. His left eye has been swollen but today, specifically under his eye has been very very swollen. It isn’t painful to touch for him it just seems very full of liquid or something. Is this normal? Should we be worried about infection?
