Hi Doc, My Penis Tip Joining Vein Of Bottom Side

Hi doc, my penis tip joining vein of bottom side of tip were streched and cutted smally.. after that incident my penis thick and small of their vein were we can saw in outer skin,which looks like vericos vein.. why this happened. Is this a problem..?? Please help me doctor...
