What Can I Do To Improve My Chances Of Conceiving When HSG Shows A Blocked Or Spasmed Left Fallopian Tube?

Hi doc, my result of HSG says A normal size uterine cavity with a regular outline, the right fallopian tube is demonstrated with evidence of free peritoneal spill while the left is not demonstrated due to blockage/ spasm. Pls doctor, what can I do because am finding it difficult to conceive.
