Hi Doc My Sweetheart Is Experiencing Hot And Cold Spells

Hi doc my sweetheart is experiencing hot and cold spells she is in her early 50's and and has also had a major neck injury.. She lives in the Boise Idaho area and they have been experiencing unseasonably hot weather well into the 100s she works mainly indoors but is a very out doors person.. Could this be something like an AC cold ?? She's also experiencing kinda clammy skin ??
