Hi Doc.I Have Pcos. My First Day Of Last Men's

Hi doc.I have pcos. My first day of last men's was on Oct 3 2015. I want to conceive that's why I took serpafar for 5 days then I took duphaston for 10 days. I supposed to have my normal men's on Nov 4 as schedule but I am delayed for 4 days now. I did pregnancy test but it's negative. What shall I do.
I would like to take folic acid as they said.please let me know.
