Hi Doc...for About 4 Hours I Was In Bathroom On

Hi doc...for about 4 hours I was in bathroom on toilet or over toilet after which my heart seems to be racing with a bad headache...I will be going to urgent care tomorrow but like to know what I can do to relax so I can sleep..I have Fibromyalgia so my pain levels r thru the roof as well...had flu shot in October too...I haven't felt this bad in a few years...thank you for your time
