Do My HVS And Urinalysis Results Showing Leukocytes, Pus Cells, And Bacterial Rods Indicate A UTI Or STI?

Hi doc.i dd my HVS test and a urinalysis.my test results are as follows. 1.PH-6.0 2.Leukocytes - ++. 3.Puss cell seen. 4.Bacterial rods seen. 5.Epithelial cells seen. But no yeast or TV seen. Wat does this show?is it STI ? Or UTI
