Hi Doc,my Son Was Bitten By Our Puppy, A Minor

Hi doc,my son was bitten by our puppy, a minor scratch with a little bit blood, on his hand on23jan 2016,do he needed to get vaccination or is it effective after 15 days of bite . My son has no side effects or still our puppy is healthy. Bt iam worried. What should I do.
