Hi Docter, My Wife Is In 9 Week Of Pregnancy.

Hi docter, my wife is in 9 week of pregnancy. Last week we went for chekup. Evrything is normal and heartbeat also confirm by dr through ultrasound. Yesterday my wife feeling pain in abdomen , back nd legs. So we went for chekup again. After doing ultrasound dr said there is no heartbeat present. Then he gave Ferti C 5000 injection to her and duphastan 10 mg tab with calcium nd folic supplements. Dr said come after one week for chek up again. Plz can you confirm can heartbeat can return and evrything is ok??
