Hi Docter..please Help...am.freaking Out..i Had An Abortion On June 11

Hi docter..please help...am.freaking out..i had an abortion on june 11 2015.i was 6weeks pregant..me and my husband decided to abort.i had medical abortion by using pills inside my vagina..after that ihad cramps nad had heavy bleeding till 4hours ..and den i bleeded almst fr 10days ..mean while i went to doctr for checkup..i went on 7th day after the abortion..before docter said us i will bleed for 10-15days after abortion..i was still on 7th day and said her my bleeding is normal..just that only.one day between i.bleeded heavly..i said this to.docter..and suddenly she said we.will do an ultra sound..n she said that i have particles left inside thats y u bleeded heavyly ..and said i need to undergo a surgery to remove the particles..but m connfused ..she said i will bleed for 10days and suddenly.she said this..so i stopped going to docter because m afraid to go.through that pain ..i wanted to wait and check for some mpre days..i waited for like 11days and found bleeding was stooped and even my vaigna is closed automatically..i wasnt taking any medicine that time...now its been more than a month am fine..i dont have any signs of fever.vomtings..etc..i never visisted the docter...doctr saidd me that after 4-6weeks iwill get my periods ..am waiting to get my periods..m worried that am fine am not in any danger? Do i need to visit the docter or what should i do.plss help..
