Hi Doctor- I Am Having A 11 Month Old Boy

Hi doctor- I am having a 11 month old boy and suspect that I am 5 month pregnant as I took the home pregnancy test last night. It was a big big mistake as I want to care for my little boy. I want to terminate this 5 month pregnancy, can I visit a doctor where he/she can prescribe pills (I will pay for them) and do it at home, is an emergency OR is there a self medication pills I can buy over the counter without visiting a doctor?
