Hi Doctor, Actullay My Mom Is Having Some Problem In

Hi doctor, Actullay my mom is having some problem in her ear. There is a hole in it. She consulted it with the doctor, and he said it can not be cured and he gave her some spray for nose and said to use it for atleast 3 years. But now some ear discharge problem has also been started....due to witch hearing problem is also started. Please suggest something, what we can do for her.
