Hi Doctor, Am Having Pelvic Pain Since One Wèek And

Hi doctor,

Am having pelvic pain since one wèek and my tvs reports says left ovary is bit bigger and huperactivated showing 5 follicular cyst.
Moreover the suspect bicornuate uterus with cyst in small cornuate.
My betahcg is negative.what could be the reason for enlarged ovary. Am i in any emergency now.
Pls help me
