Hi Doctor .. For The Last 2 Months I Have

Hi doctor .. For the last 2 months i have been suffering from ectensive itching on scrotum & the day before yesterday i realized that it got a wound there. Size is increased in tha last 2 days and it has a white point at centre. It is not letting me walk now and pains.
When i sit somewhere the wound sticks with the underwear and after standing it pains.
I have applied soframycin and trying yo keep it dry.
Please suggest if it'll help or do i need to do something elae.
