Hi Doctor; From Last One Year I M Suffering From

Hi doctor; From last one year I m suffering from piles problem. I don't know what it is, its come out at the time of stool passing and again go inside after 1.30min times; No bleeding. Its 3 peanut size. I applied anowet/smooth cream. I will feel pain at the time of stool and until that 3peanuts size vesel go inside. It will gose inside after 1hr 30min time. And after tht I m back to normal no pain nothing. Pls advise.
