Hi doctor. I am 25 years old and I am worrying about my Penis size if it is normal or not. When it is flaccid it is like a penis size of a kids Its so small but when it is erected it is 4 inches in lenght. Is this normal or what? I always compare mine to other boys they have big penis even the 13 years old he has 3 or 4 inches flaccid. Whats wrong with mine?
