Hi Doctor. . I Am 34 Year Old I Have

Hi doctor. . I am 34 year old I have get married 9 years before and not have baby yet I have visited a lot of doctors for baby they ask me for medical tests I did all that tests and finally the results was that I don't have baby sprm in my blood . Now please tell me is it possible to born baby sprm in my blood is there any medicine to make me able to be a father or not I am totally confused about it.
Please advise.
