Hi Doctor, I Am 6 Weeks Pregnant I Take Mifegest

Hi doctor, I am 6 weeks pregnant I take mifegest kit on 5 July and on 6 th July I take 2 tablets in night at 9 pm after 3 haur on 12 bleeding started one crompt come out in the morning on 7 pm.after that bleeding had stopped. At 5 pm I took again 2 tablets from the kit after 2 - 3 haur a little bit bleeding started like stain and at 10 pm all had stopped.suggest me what I do? It is safe or not?
