Hi Doctor I Am A 35 Year Old Man In

Hi doctor I am a 35 year old man in good general health. The last fee days I have been suffering with what seems tocbe diarrhea but i also can't keep my food down causing me to vomit a while later. Im drinking water as im obviously getting dehydrated from the diarrhea. Also my skin temperature around my stomach feels alot warmer than the rest of my body. Thank you in advance.
