Hi Doctor I Am A 35 Year Old Women I

Hi doctor I am a 35 year old women I have been trying to conceive from past 6 years. I went through IvF and IUI. I had 2 frozen eggs which I was planning for transfer but from past three I had very erratic periods which were lasting from 14 to 19 days. I have pcod and my right falopian tube is blocked. I expressed my doubts about endometrial cancer or hyperplasia to my doctor and she did transvaginal ultra sound. My endometrial thickness was 12mm on day 10. And my doctor suggested to go for hysteroscopy, uterine cleanup and biopsy. Is my endometrial thickness is of any concern.
