Hi Doctor, I Am Experiencing Pain In My Left Back

Hi doctor, I am experiencing pain in my left back neck since the last 24 hours and I feel it and it is swollen and the pain is by the vain in the neck and the spot is the neck to the hair line and on to the shoulders. I am concern and would ask if you think I should go before the next 12 hours to visit a doctor. And if so what doctor specialize I must seek to visit.
