Hi Doctor, I Am Having A Low Back Ache And

Hi doctor, I am having a low back ache and also heartburn , when I lay down or walking it is ok but when I sit back my low back feeling stiffness and my stomach is tight and feel uncomfortable. I don't know if my back cause a heartburn problem or not? I'm taking protonix but yesterday I throw up so I didn't use it today . Please help me
