Hi Doctor, I Am Having A Mild I Creased Inflammation

Hi doctor,
I am having a mild I creased inflammation in the lamina propria consisting of lymphocytes, plasma cells, and few esinophills.
Doctor who diagnosed it, advised to have endoscopic surgery to remove it.
Please advise me, to proceed further.
