Hi Doctor I Am Having Loose Motions With Mucus From

Hi doctor
I am having loose motions with mucus from last 2 days. Yesterday I visited the doctor she advised me to take O2 and darolac 2 times a day. The frequency of motions is reduced but its still watery. What should I do? Will it get cured slowly I am also having mild fever ranging between 99 to 100.
please assist
