Hi Doctor, I Am Pregnant(suspecting Strongly) As I Got A

Hi doctor,
I am pregnant(suspecting strongly) as I got a fade pink line in my home pregnancy test-I did it when I missed my period for 4 days.

Now I have abdominal crampings ,also pain I'm my right corner of abdomen...also to the right sides extending little backwards
I have pain on my right thighs from my right pelvic corner extending till thigh's end

I have blood in my stool too
Am afraid now

Please help
