Hi Doctor , I Am Suffering From Male Pattern Baldness

Hi doctor , I am suffering from male pattern baldness , I am only 26 and unmarried , my doctor prescribe me to use amxidil 0.5% lotion and essvital tab but I regularly using amxidil lotion from 3 years which makes my hair texture bad , I used to smoke 10 cigarettes daily , kindly suggest me a lotion like amxidil which don't make my hairs dull , kindly also suggest a cheap subsitute of essvital tab if it is possible and suggest some tips to make my hairs last long, thank you
