Hi doctor,
I am very much worried about my report could you please explain what it is in detail about my ultrasound lower abdomen (tvs) report, in that report it was mentioned that
1. uterus is normal in size, 15x13mm hypoechoic lesion noted in posterior myometrium,
2. right ovary 41x18x16mm=7cc, normal in size
3. left ovary 25x41x22mm=12cc, mildly bulky in size
4. multiple small peripheral follicles noted in both ovaries with echogenic stroma
and its also mentioned that Fibroid in uterus and polycystic ovarian disease in both ovaries.
