Hi Doctor, I Came Back After Travelling For Few Days.I

Hi doctor, I came back after travelling for few days.I started having loose motions since yesterday followed by 102Degree F fever.
I took Imodium twice yesterday and for fever I took Dolo.
The whole night have visited wash room for 6-7 times every time I had watery motion. I have been taking lots of liquids like Coconut water,lemon water,Fruit juice etc.
Today morning I started with Norflox TZ and Econorm. Please advise? Thanks
