Hi Doctor, I Felt And Heard A Popping Sound At

Hi doctor, I felt and heard a popping sound at the top of my head. I feel a little strange and slightly dizzy. It has happened before, but rarely happens. The popping sound happened while I was solving some maths problems and I was feeling a little stressed. Please can you tell me what you think this could be?
