Hi doctor,
I had a scan in august 2015 which revealed extensive polypoid mucosal thickening in all the paranasal sinuses. mild septum deviation convex to the right with hyperthrophy of the middle and inferior nasal turbinates on the right side cusing narrowing of the nasa cavity.
What is your opinion on this please?
