Hi Doctor I Had An Abortion Via Medicines On 16th

Hi doctor I had an abortion via medicines on 16th October and I was bleeding like normal periods from 18 th October. I had intercourse after the 2nd day of my periods being over and I did take an i pill because my husband leaked into me. I saw spotting of blood on Saturday 1st November and again yesterday 3rd November. I got a pregnancy kit and it showed positive. I am scared PLS help.
