Hi Doctor, I Had Been On Drug Escitelopram From 5mg

Hi doctor, I had been on drug escitelopram from 5mg initial for a week then 10mg then gradually 15mg to 20mg brands named recita and elorpax for a duration of 3yrs. Then gradually decreasing the drug 15mg then 10mg for past 2yrs on nexito and I had ended with 5mg nexito after taking for 3 months. Now I am without medication for past 8 months. My treatment went on In nimhans Bangalore, India. The attended doctor sri kala Bharat. I am very thankful to her. Throughout my treatment I was obese had no intrest in personal care. Now after drug absence I found drastic change in me i reduced weight by taking planed diet and walking. I have good sleep. And I am doing good. My query is how much negative effect the drug has developed? What will be further side effects being on medication for the duration of 5yrs.
