Hi Doctor, I Had Laparoscopy On Feb8 , I Had

Hi doctor,
I had laparoscopy on feb8 , i had ovarian torsion was removed my left ovary ,and i had my period on feb20,it was normal. But after laparoscopy i had a backaches and march 19 i have a 2 inches long brown blood, is it bcoz i have sex with my husband last march 13?or just an old blood?
