Hi Doctor, I Had My Last Period On Sep 5,

Hi doctor, I had my last period on sep 5, and Iwas given deviry tablet for my periods the course was completed by nov 12th, i had an transabdominal ultra sound on 18 th November. As per the report the endrometrial thickness measured 20.7mm and the doctor said I could get period in a day or two but no periods till now. I had taken a home pregancy test prior to deviry course and it was negative. Is there any possibility of me being 8- 10 weeks pregnant? I dont have any symptoms of being pregnant. Could the transabdominal ultra sound have confirmed that I was preganant? I have never have had sex . But on sep 17 we made out.is it possible to have conceived while making out if his semen came in contact with me.considering that was the last time we got close I should be 8 -10 weeks if pregnant. Please advice.
