Is Taking Gynecosid A Little After Half A Day Post Unprotected Sex Effective In Preventing Pregnancy?

Hi doctor. I had unprotected sex last night. My first baby is 3 months old. That was our first intercourse after baby. I took medicine gynecosid within 15 to 16 hour. Will this pill works?? After baby birth still don t get my first period. I m afraid I don t want to pregnant. Tell me plz if I am safe?
