Hi Doctor, I Have A Cough Mostly Dry For Last

Hi doctor, I have a cough mostly dry for last 6 weeks almost. I have taken atleast 6 bottles of diff cough syrups available in US pharma stores without medical prescription. But it has not gone fully. it errupts mostly in the morning and when i laugh or talk loud. Pl advise. other health is good. have gone thro CABG III 7 years back. age 61.
