Hi Doctor, I Have A Very Small Growth On My

Hi doctor, I have a very small growth on my perineum. It is solid (at least I think it is, it's hard to tell since it's so small), it is skin coloured and it sticks out vertically from my body when I pull the skin around it back. It moves freely under my finger like a skin tag but solid. What might this be?
