Hi Doctor, I Have An Irregular Periods Problem From My

Hi doctor,
I have an irregular periods problem from my first periods, i have a pcod complaint , take an medicine for that, before 3 months i got married, last three months i have regular periods, am happy about that, this month i missed my period, i have doubt may be am convincing so i check it through pregnancy test kit, result will be negative, if i take any tablet is it risk for my pregnancy? I want a solution for my pcod problem and want to get pregnant
