Hi, Doctor. I Have Been Feeling Really Tired Lately Loss

Hi, doctor. I have been feeling really tired lately loss of energy, my breathing when I climb stairs gets hard. A couple of days ago I was just driving and I felt so dizzy that I thought I was going to faint. This has happened in two occasions. I get stomach pain and my vision in my left side of my eye sometimes gets blurry
