Hi Doctor I Have Been Suffering From Semi Soild Stool

I have been suffering from semi soild stool after having food from last 2 weeks I hve done my stool test there is no blood In stool no ova cyst's but mucus is present doctor had given me zenflox 200 and enetogermina for 5 days today is 4 day now the frequency of going to motion is less but still I m getting semi soild stool . I had a baby on Dec its was csection please suggest what should I do how I wil get normal stool
