Hi Doctor, I Have Been Trying To Conceive Since Two

Hi doctor, I have been trying to conceive since two years nw but when I did my pelvic scan the uss shows a normal sized retroverted uterus with an AP of diameter of 3.4cm. The uterine outline is regular. The myometrial texture is normal. The endometrium is of normal thickness. Both adnexae are free. Pouch of douglas is normal. No free pelvic collection. No cyst. No fibroid. No cyesis or retained product. ASS: apparently normal pelvic sonogram. Pls doctor what can I do or wot type of drug can I use.
