Hi Doctor I Have Burning Sensation In My Left Testicle

Hi doctor I have burning sensation in my left testicle I had unprotected sex and there was a burning sensation of the tip of my penis I got some antibiotics from the doctor the burning and the burning sensation went away I had unprotected sex with the same person which she complaining that there was a burning sensation @ her tummy region we went to doctor together where she was given antibiotic and I was also given antibiotic but no there is a burning sensation in the left testicle and also a pinching pain on my left leg I went back to the doctor and got some antibiotics but it remains the same I do not have any discharge any fun yellowish looking discharge none whatsoever what you had said I have this annoying pain in my left testicle what could that be.
