Hi Doctor. I Have Had A Problem For A While

Hi doctor. I have had a problem for a while now where I find it difficult to swallow. It's not that food gets stuck, more like the swallowing reflex isn't always there. Am I dying ? Appetite is good but hate eating away from home in case these difficulties arise. Now suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as scared I will choke one day. Please help, Andrew
