Hi Doctor ,I Have Normal Skin But From Almost Month

Hi doctor ,I have normal skin but from almost month my face is very very dry and looks skin peeling.i wash moisturise and within ten minutes white skins starts appearing like flakes and skin get very stretchy.
I use moisturizer more than 6 times.i used an oil and it started happening after that.but that I used for one day only and now back to old moisturizer but problem is not going at all
