Hi Doctor, I Havent Got My Second Period For Over

Hi doctor, I havent got my second period for over 3monthd, and to be percise 3 months and 13 days. Im just after turning 14 teo weeks ago. Im not sure why it so late, it said to consult a dcotor if you dont get it for over three months. Any ideas whh this is or ehat I can do about it?
