Hi Doctor.. I Just Did Blood Medical Check Up And

Hi doctor.. I just did blood medical check up and they suggest me to do tpha for further check.. I Google and it cause of syphilis.. As far as I know I don't have any syphilis (sign and symptoms) in my life but I do have shingles last 2 years ago.. Is there any possibility the blood test results not accurate?
