Hi Doctor I M Praveen From Chennai...from The Last Few

Hi doctor I m praveen from chennai...from the last few days since jan 20th I m having a problem of itching at the head portion of penis and I feel ok when I rub it but if I do so I needed to rub it for long time to get the same comfort and when I open the upper layer tissue which is covered over the penis there are some small dots are found which looks like similarly the dots usually appear on our external skin of hand or head etc due to heat of sun or something .I'm very much afraid of it..pls help me out
