Hi Doctor, I M Suffering From Free Motion(digestion) In Morning.

Hi doctor, I m suffering from free motion(digestion) in morning. Im not getting that digested waste in the morning. It disturbs me in around 11 am to get free in stomach, which will be daily impossible as we will generally out of home on that particular time. and after eating in afternoon, it will made me to rush, plz solve my problem
