Hi Doctor, I Need To Know About My MRI Results

Hi doctor,

I need to know about my MRI results the impression says grade1 anterolisthesis of l5 on s1 secondary to L5 pars defects. Additional minor degenerative change in the lower lumber spine. No significant lumbar spinal stenosis seen. Can you please tell me how bad my situation is and if surgery is needed?
