Hi Doctor , I Noticed The Change In Colour In

Hi doctor , I noticed the change in colour in my stools, Im 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant , around Thursday they were green in colour and today it was like a grey colour ..
I also have anemia
Have been on iron supplements but I always forget to take them .
Today I just feel so horrible I woke up feeling like I have flu but now it's just like ii feel really weird
